Our client, a successful vendor of administration systems to the UK college & university sector needed to rapidly deploy web-browser (read-write) interfaces to their product offering.
Our mandate was to source, design and project manage, offshore. This included requirements, functional definition and full system documentation, using partners in India .

A successful offshore project delivered on time and within budget.
The client did not need to undertake the sourcing and vetting prospective partners, but was able to take advantage of our investment in setting up relationships, processes and methods in advance.
A final part of the project involved training the client’s staff in the technologies, methodologies and system design to transfer knowledge back to the client for on-going maintenance & enhancement.
