Our client wanted to design an integrated flexible benefits portal to deliver employee benefits products and services to major blue-chip employers. These ranged from

· Other financial benefits
· Self-service HR applications
· Discount & bonus purchasing services
To complete this assignment we sourced, designed and managed an offshore project for requirements, functional definition and full system documentation.
An important aspect of the project was to interface with third-party suppliers of financial services and tangible products.

An example of a larger system design and development using offshore resources that was delivered over four phases on time and within budget.
In this project the processes and methodologies to capture requirements, manage and maintain progress and the necessary change controls were essential to project success. We introduced robust processes and mentored staff in project management techniques.
Full transfer of system knowledge and training in the applicable technologies formed the last phase of the assignment.
